Open your eyes "Is it a real art?" I took part in developing the concept and prints for Active Alien cloth brand because there was a challenge to create a unique approach for the brand representation and vision for upcoming collections. The name Active Alien was brought by the owner of the company and I was challenged to make up a storytelling to make it exciting and desirable for users. As an archetype this brand matches well with strategy for The Outlaw branding character: standing for freedom, differs from others (alienated in a good way) and establishes own's life statement. |
About prints and the idea My idea for the brand was to show a correlation between unexplored outer space and contemporary art as both not a straight forward things to understand for public; also, the brand speaks to people who wants to differ from the crowd by wearing meaningful cloth items. I have developed and designed several prints for waist bumbags with the idea to bring contemporary art on streets and provoke moments of contemplation in crowdy public trasport. |
How aliens get born? The Egg print was devoted to the Christmas collection and meant to arise eternal questions «What came first the chicken or the egg?» and «Where do people come from?». |
