Because of my knowledge and practice in Art Direction, creativity and visual consulting I have developed a full course Creative leadership for students to share my skills and knowledge about processes required to work as a professional Art Director. From the initial generation of ideas (Part II How creativity works? devoted to the topic of creativity: what is actually «an idea» from neurobiological perspective, how to develop creative skills and be productive in working artistic process. I found this knowledge important to share with students because when you know how human brain works when it comes to generate ideas it helps to be more productive and sufficient) all through to the successful delivery of an advertising campaign (how to create and give presentation for clients, how to convince people in your ideas ). I also tell about visual communication, semiotics, the power of archetypes in branding, how to create convincing presentations, how to persuade clients in ecological way (without manipulative strategies), explain about difference between concept board and mood boards, same as for mind maps and brainstorming maps.

At the Art Werk Forum I was one of the 6 expert speakers with a knowledge about sustainable architecture to give a talk and tell how architects are responsible for ecology and building maintenance planning. It was important to give this public talk and share my knowledge to Russian public about what is sustainable future in eyes of modern urbanists. This topic is not as popular as it is in The Netherland, so it was very necessary to spread the knowledge and awareness.
